My vote for best dressed goes to Veronica Webb in <a href="http://www.rachelroy.com/"><span style="color:#cc6600;">Rachel Roy</span></a>. It was extremely hot and she looks divinely cool! I love it! Maybe I should try a hat instead of a scarf!
